GS 24 Catalogue

GS24 Catalogue

Design Academy Eindhoven

Visual Identity / Editorial Design

(2024)

The 2024 Graduation Catalogue for Design Academy Eindhoven is designed based on the concept of a Rhizomatic Archive, inspired by the philosophical ideas of Deleuze and Guattari. Moving away from traditional, hierarchical structures, the catalogue offers readers a non-linear, interconnected experience that reflects the academy’s diverse graduate projects. The rhizome metaphor—a horizontal plant structure that continuously forms new links—shapes the editorial approach, allowing readers to navigate the content freely, following their own pathways through the projects.

The catalogue functions as both an archive and a dynamic network of research questions. Instead of merely documenting the projects, it invites readers to engage with the range of themes, methods, and approaches represented by this year’s graduates.
